વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ઇટલીના વડાપ્રધાન જોર્જિયા મેલોની સાથે ફોન પર વાત કરી હતી. જેમાં બંને નેતાઓએ ભારત-ઇટલી રણનીતિક ભાગીદારીને વધુ મજબૂત કરવા માટેની પ્રતિબદ્ધતા દોહરાવી. સાથે જ તેમણે યુક્રેન યુદ્ધનું તાત્કાલિક સમાધાન શોધવામાં સહયોગ વધારવા પર પણ સહમતિ દર્શાવી.
